A Gorham Sterling Silver Ecclesiastical Chalice 12 Ozt - A single ecclesiastical chalice constructed of sterling silver by the Gorham Manufacturing Company. The vessel features a deep bowl set atop a knopped stem and a spreading circular foot. The foot is decorated with an applied stylized cross motif. The interior of the bowl retains evidence of a heavy gold wash (vermeil). The underside of the base is marked with the company name GORHAM, the Gorham hallmark (lion, anchor, G), the purity mark STERLING, and the pattern numbers 4484 / 21. Weighs 12 Ozt
