The glass elements are white to pale blue opaline, funnel-shaped, and decorated with hand-painted floral sprays featuring white and orange blossoms connected by blue ribbon motifs. The bronze components are cast and depict a standing youth or putto figure holding a stylized torch, which functions as the holder for the glass trumpet. The figures rest upon molded circular bases.
