Art Deco Lighted Smoker's Stand or Utility Lamp Marked MICO - A single Art Deco combination floor stand or utility lamp, likely dating to the 1920s or 1930s. The structure features a heavy, ornate cast metal base decorated with foliate relief, supporting a central plated metal column. The stand is marked MICO on the central component of the upper platform. The central body incorporates an internally illuminated shade composed of variegated opalescent glass, exhibiting swirls of white, yellow, and luminous green, consistent with Vaseline glass. The upper assembly consists of a platform designed to hold two square-form ash receivers. These containers are made of variegated opalescent glass in tones of white, amber, and orange, and are capped with chromed metal rims. One of the metal rims includes a cigarette rest. The upper assembly originally included a cigarette holder, but the container component is missing.
