Steuben Calcite Acid-Etched Inverted Dome Ceiling Light Fixture - A single inverted dome ceiling light fixture attributed to Steuben, crafted from opaque white opal or Calcite art glass. The shade is suspended by three ornate patinated brass or bronze fittings and associated chains. The surface is decorated with extensive acid-etched friezes executed in a Neoclassical style. The decoration depicts various mythological figures, including musicians (flute players and lyre players) and dancers, bordered by an arcaded motif near the rim. The base of the dome features a large, stylized sunflower design. The glass shows no Cracks.
