Antique Waltham Wm. Ellery 18s Pocket Watch - Runs, with key, An antique open-face, key-wind pocket watch manufactured by the American Watch Company (Waltham), featuring the Wm. Ellery movement. The timepiece is housed in a Silverine case produced by Dueber, featuring a white enamel dial with black Roman numeral hour markers and a subsidiary seconds dial at the six o'clock position. The dial is signed A.W. Co. WALTHAM. The gilt-finished, full-plate movement is signed WM. ELLERY. WALTHAM, MASS. and bears serial number 1,887,130, dating the production to approximately 1882. The interior of the case is stamped DUEBER and SILVERINE with the number 5157. A metal winding key is included with the lot.
