A Pair of United States Peace Silver Dollars, 1922-D and 1923-D - A pair of United States Peace silver dollars comprising one coin dated 1922 and one coin dated 1923. Both specimens feature the D mint mark on the reverse, located above the eagle's tail feathers, indicating they were struck at the Denver Mint. The obverse of each coin displays the profile of Lady Liberty wearing a radiant crown, accompanied by the inscriptions LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRVST, and the respective date. The reverse depicts a bald eagle perched upon a rock inscribed with the word PEACE, surrounded by the legends UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, and the denomination ONE DOLLAR. The coins are housed in individual white cardboard flips featuring handwritten notations in blue ink.
