The World War II Victory Medal is a gold-toned circular medallion featuring the figure of Liberation on the obverse with the inscription WORLD WAR II. The reverse is inscribed UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 1941-1945 along with FREEDOM FROM FEAR AND WANT and FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND RELIGION surrounding a central sprig of grain. This piece retains its original suspension ring. The second item is a bronze-toned medal depicting a profile bust of Millard Fillmore on the obverse with the text MILLARD FILLMORE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES 1850.
