A Vintage British Silver Coin Bracelet - This mid-20th-century bracelet is composed of seven British silver-alloy coins, including three-pence and sixpence denominations. The coins represent the reigns of King George V and King George VI. The obverse of the coins features profile portraits of the monarchs with Latin inscriptions including GEORGIVS V D.G. BRITT: OMN: REX F.D. IND: IMP. and GEORGIVS VI D: G: BRITT: OMN: REX. The coins are linked together by double curb chains and finished with a hook-style clasp. The construction features visible solder and residue on the reverse of the coins where the chains are attached, characteristic of vernacular or trench art jewelry. Length: 7 inches
