A Collection of United States Walking Liberty Silver Half Dollars - A collection of United States Walking Liberty silver half dollars featuring the design by Adolph A. Weinman. The obverse of each coin depicts Lady Liberty walking toward a rising sun, draped in the American flag and carrying branches of laurel and oak. Inscriptions include LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the respective mint years. The reverse of each specimen features a perched eagle with wings unfolded, inscribed with UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, and HALF DOLLAR. The dates in this group span from 1918 to 1944. At least one coin exhibits an S mint mark on the reverse. These coins are struck in 90 percent silver.
