A Collection of Whitman Coin Albums and Folders Including Jefferson Nickels and Lincoln Cents - This collection consists of Whitman Publishing coin storage media, including a dark blue Lincoln Cents album dated from 1959 and several light blue Jefferson Nickel folders for the Number One collection covering 1938 to 1961. The folders are constructed of heavy cardboard with printed mintage data and circular recesses for coin placement. The Lincoln Cents album is empty. The Jefferson Nickel folders, including examples from the No. 9009 series, contain a partial set of circulated United States nickels. The interior of the folders features extensive handwritten pencil annotations regarding coin grades and historical valuations.
