A Collection of United States Kennedy Silver Half Dollars - A collection of United States Kennedy Half Dollars comprising examples dated 1964 and 1966. Struck in silver, the obverse of each coin features the left-facing profile of President John F. Kennedy with the inscriptions LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the respective year of mintage. The reverse displays the Presidential Seal, depicting a heraldic eagle with a shield, olive branch, and arrows, surrounded by the text UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and HALF DOLLAR. The collection includes 90 percent silver issues from 1964 and 40 percent silver issues from 1966.
