Indigenous North American Style Stone and Wood Ceremonial Pipe - This Indigenous North American style ceremonial pipe features a hand-carved, dark green stone head, likely steatite, fashioned in an L-shaped form with a cylindrical bowl and a tapered stem. The head is fitted to a long, tapered wooden shaft. The assembly is finished with a light-colored mouthpiece made of bone or horn. Faint, illegible incised markings are visible on one side of the stone head.
