A Set of Sterling Silver Miniature Individual Shakers by S.C.S. Co. - A set of miniature individual table casters manufactured by the Southern California Silver Company (S.C.S. Co.). The set is comprised of three shakers with a hand-hammered finish and three shakers with a faceted, plain polished finish. Each shaker is constructed with a bulbous body and a perforated screw-on dome lid. The bases are marked with the maker's attribution and material purity. One base is incised STERLING while another is marked MADE IN USA in an arc at the top, S.C.S. CO. in the center, and STERLING SILVER in an arc at the bottom. The set is housed in its original fitted presentation case featuring a light-colored woven fabric exterior with a metal clasp and a tan velvet-style recessed interior.
