A Pair of Vintage Webster and Web Sterling Silver Baby Bell Rattles and Teething Rings - A pair of vintage sterling silver baby rattles and teething rings featuring bell pendants. The first item is a birth record rattle by the Web Silver Company. It consists of a clear frosted translucent synthetic resin ring and a sterling silver bell pendant. The front of the bell is embossed with a birth record motif including a clock face and a banner reading Birth Record. The month is engraved as 7-14, the year as 1972, and the weight as 8 Lbs. 10 Oz. The back of the bell is engraved with the initials S.L.H. The metal strap is stamped Sterling Web and the bell is stamped Web-Sterling. The second item is a decorative bell rattle by the Webster Company. It features a pale yellow pearlescent composite ring and a sterling silver bell pendant with embossed foliate scrollwork on the sides. The front and back faces of the bell are plain. The metal strap is stamped Sterling and the base of the bell is stamped Sterling alongside the Webster Company hallmark of an arrow through a circle containing a W.
