Antique Hand-Carved Meerschaum Tobacco Pipe in Original Case with ABB Mark - This hand-carved meerschaum tobacco pipe features a bowl sculpted in the form of a hand grasping an egg-shaped vessel, accented with a carved leaf motif on the side. The pipe is housed in its original fitted, hinged case. The interior lid of the case is lined in light-colored satin and bears a gold-stamped oval mark with the letters ABB. The case base is lined with red velvet. The pipe's mouthpiece, made of an amber-colored resin, is currently detached and broken into several fragments. A threaded screw, likely made of bone or plastic, remains in the meerschaum shank. The interior of the bowl shows dark residue from previous use. The exterior of the case is covered in leather and shows a textured finish. Case length: 4.75 inches.
