Vintage Navajo Style Silver and Turquoise Roadrunner Brooch - A vintage silver brooch designed in the form of a roadrunner in a running pose, attributed to Navajo or Southwestern regional craftsmanship. The body and tail feature stylized incised lines to represent plumage. The head is detailed with a small crest and an open beak. The eye is set with a single round turquoise cabochon, approximately 3mm in diameter, held within a serrated bezel. The reverse of the piece is unmarked and shows irregular surface texture and oxidation consistent with hand-crafted or cast jewelry. The brooch is equipped with a horizontal pin back and a rolling safety catch. Length: 2 inches (51 mm).
