S. T. Drake's 1860 Plantation X Bitters Amber Glass Log Cabin Bottle - An antique amber glass bitters bottle produced in an architectural log cabin form. The vessel is constructed of deep honey-amber colored glass and features horizontal ribbing on all four side panels of the body. The sloped shoulders are designed with vertical ribbing to resemble a shingled roof. One side panel is embossed with the text S T DRAKE'S / 1860 / PLANTATION / X / BITTERS while the opposite side is embossed PATENTED / 1862. The bottle features a tapered neck ending in a plain, finished lip and a square base with a circular mold mark. Height: 10 inches Base: 2.75 inches square.
