Northwood Tree Trunk Pattern Cobalt Blue Carnival Glass Vase - This vase is attributed to the Northwood Glass Company and features the Tree Trunk pattern, also known as Rustic. It is constructed from press-molded cobalt blue glass with a hand-finished ruffled rim. The exterior exhibits a textured, bark-like surface with vertical ribs and teardrop-shaped knot indentations. The surface is treated with a vibrant iridescent finish showing a spectrum of magenta, gold, teal, and violet tones. The form consists of a tall, flared body tapering to a circular footed base.
