E.T.C. Fish Hand-Wrought Brass Charger with Handles - A hand-wrought brass charger produced by E.T.C. Fish of Tioga, Pennsylvania. This circular vessel features a shallow, bowl-like form with a wide, flat rim and two rectangular handles. The interior surface is decorated with a dense, radial pattern of chattered tool marks spiraling outward from the center. Similar linear textured tool marks are applied to the rim and the handles. Each handle is secured to the body of the charger with two visible rivets. The underside of the base bears a stamped maker mark that reads: E. T. C. FISH, HAND, WROUGHT, TIOGA PA. Below the text is a heart-shaped symbol containing the letter F. Diameter: 14.5 inches Width including handles: 19 inches.
