A Collection of 9 Mrazek Peasant Art Industry Hand-Painted Pottery Items - This collection of 9 glazed earthenware items was produced by the Mrazek Peasant Art Industry in Letovice, Czechoslovakia, during the early to mid-20th century. The set features hand-painted folk-art floral motifs in a vibrant palette of orange, blue, purple, yellow, and green. The assortment includes a bulbous vase with a mottled blue sponged ground, a conical wall pocket with a yellow swirl background and decorative backplate, a rounded pitcher with a wide spout, a flared beaker, two plates with concentric black, yellow, and red bands, two small saucers, and one bowl. Various marks are present across the collection, including circular blue stamps reading Peasant Art Industry in Czechoslovakia with the Mrazek name in script. Some pieces bear a circular black stamp for Letovice and the number 273 A, while others feature a stylized black hand-painted mark of a bird perched on a branch.
