Antique 1900s Postcard Album Including Halloween and Holiday Greetings - This 1900s postcard album contains a collection of approximately 120 antique and vintage postcards. The assortment is primarily composed of early 20th-century examples from the Undivided Back and Divided Back eras, with a small number of mid-century linen and photochrome cards. A primary feature of the collection is the holiday greetings section, which includes two notable early 20th-century Halloween cards: one depicting a witch riding a broomstick with a white owl and a jack-o-lantern captioned When the Owl & Witch together are seen, and another showing a witch at a cauldron marked SER. 804. The topographical section includes views of Susquehanna, Williamsport, and Sayre, Pennsylvania; Elmira and Rochester, New York; Findlay, Dayton, and Columbus, Ohio; Wichita and Topeka, Kansas; and Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska. International content features the Botanical Gardens in Manila, Philippines, and a view of Marseille, France. Industrial and transportation subjects include the steamer August B. Wolvin, the Erie Viaduct in Susquehanna, the Northern Wave steamship at Superior, Wisconsin, and a card titled Typical Mill Workers at Lunch, Pittsburgh, Pa.
