Armorial Red Wax Seal Impression of Robert le Mercier of Lille - This item consists of a circular red sealing wax impression featuring a central fleur-de-lis set within a double-ruled border. The legend around the perimeter of the seal is inscribed in capital letters and reads S ROBERT LE MERCIER DE LILLE. The seal is mounted to a square piece of cream-colored cardstock. The cardstock contains several handwritten notes in black ink. The upper right corner is inscribed le Mercier. / Robert / de Lille. The lower left corner is inscribed Coll: J.
