1841 St. Lawrence County New York Land Deed Indenture DeKalb - This original nineteenth-century manuscript real estate document is dated February 5, 1841. The legal indenture records the sale and transfer of property in the Town of DeKalb, County of St. Lawrence, New York. The grantors are identified as William Burke and his wife, Amanda Burke, and the grantee is Obadiah R. Rundell. The property is described as the northwesterly half of Lot Number 331, according to Potter Goffs Survey, comprising seventy-five acres.
