Antique Engraved Silver Gymnastics Award Medal for Julio J. Julbe Dated 1889 - An antique silver sports medal designed as a decorative cross with foliate and scrolled borders. The obverse features a raised central rectangular plaque with a detailed relief depicting a multi-story building characterized by a prominent domed tower and surrounding trees, likely representing a school or university campus. The top arm of the cross is engraved JULIO J. JULBE. and the bottom arm is dated 1889. The reverse features a central rectangular panel engraved with Gymnastics. in a cursive copperplate script.
