Art Deco Style Sterling Silver and Marcasite Festoon Necklace with Reverse Carved Amber Glass Floral Cabochons - An Art Deco-style festoon necklace featuring silver-tone metal construction, likely sterling silver. The necklace is centered with three oval, amber-colored cabochons, likely composed of glass or resin. Each cabochon displays a reverse-carved (intaglio) floral motif in orange. These central elements are housed in scalloped frames accented by small, rose-cut marcasites. Flanking the central pendants are six openwork, teardrop-shaped decorative links, three on each side, which are also set with marcasite accents. The necklace body consists of a double-strand, fine flat-link chain punctuated by small rectangular spacer bars. It terminates in a spring ring clasp. Indistinct geometric hallmarks are present on the reverse of the outer pendant frames. Length: 17 inches.
