Vintage 1/20 12K Gold Filled Engraved Heart Locket Necklace with Goldstone Cabochon - This vintage necklace features a heart-shaped locket pendant suspended from a cable link chain. The locket is crafted from 1/20 12K gold-filled metal and is decorated with an engraved floral and foliate pattern on both the front and back. The front of the locket is set with a central, circular cabochon of orange goldstone, a synthetic glass featuring copper inclusions. The locket opens on a side hinge to reveal two internal compartments designed for photographs; one compartment retains a clear protective insert.
