A Group of US Eisenhower Dollars - This collection of US Eisenhower one dollar coins includes examples dated 1971, 1972, 1978, and the 1776–1976 Bicentennial issue. The coins are composed of copper-nickel clad over a copper core. The obverse features the left-facing profile of Dwight D. Eisenhower with the legends LIBERTY and IN GOD WE TRUST. The lot contains specimens from the Philadelphia Mint without a mint mark and the Denver Mint bearing the D mint mark. Reverse designs include the Apollo 11 moon landing motif and the Bicentennial design featuring the Liberty Bell over the moon. All coins feature reeded edges. Diameter: 1.5 inches Weight: 4.393 ozt.
