An Assortment of Sterling Silver Flatware and Souvenir Spoons Including Gorham and Wallace - This assortment contains sterling silver flatware and souvenir spoons from various early 20th-century manufacturers. Maker marks present include the lion, anchor, and Gothic G of the Gorham Manufacturing Company, the crown, lion, and Gothic W of R. Wallace and Sons, and a T within a circle for Towle Silversmiths. One Gorham piece is in the Imperial Chrysanthemum pattern, patented in 1894, while others bear patent dates for 1909 and 1910. The R. Wallace and Sons spoon is marked with a 1911 patent date. The collection includes a souvenir spoon with a cabin scene cutout on the handle inscribed Mt. Evans Colo. and Palm Beach on the reverse of the bowl. Design styles range from simple fiddle-back and pointed bowls to ornate floral and scrollwork handles. Several pieces feature monograms, including a script GHD and a Gothic H.
