Vintage Helbros Gold Tone Manual Wind Wristwatch with Sub-Seconds Dial - A vintage Helbros wristwatch featuring an off-white dial with applied gold-tone baton hour markers and a sub-seconds complication at the 6 o'clock position. The dial is marked with a red stylized h logo and France at the bottom edge. The case is constructed with a gold-tone base metal bezel and a stainless steel snap-back case marked Stainless Steel Back, Base Metal Bezel, and France. The manual wind movement runs. The watch is fitted with an aftermarket expansion bracelet with 10 karat gold-filled front links and a stainless steel back, marked 1/10 10K G.F., S/Steel Back, and Made in USA. Case size: 33mm (excluding crown). The watch is in fair vintage condition. The movement is reported as running. The acrylic crystal is heavily scratched and shows significant surface wear. The gold-tone finish on the bezel and lugs shows heavy wear-through to the underlying base metal. The dial exhibits minor age-related spotting and a noticeable green oxidation deposit near the 10 o'clock marker. The expansion bracelet shows accumulated dirt and signs of wear.
