Vintage Swiss 0.935 Silver Trench Style Manual Wind Wristwatch - This is an early 20th-century Swiss manual wind wristwatch designed in the trench watch style. The square case is crafted from 0.935 fineness silver. The outer case back is engraved with a stylized letter T and features both Swiss and German silver hallmarks, including the Swiss grouse mark and the German crown and crescent moon, indicating the piece was produced for export to the German market. The bezel is decorated with an engraved pattern, and the case features fixed wire lugs. The dial is aged with a heavy patina, featuring black Arabic numerals and a subsidiary seconds dial at the 6 o'clock position. The movement is a manual wind caliber marked Swiss Made and Fifteen 15 Jewels. The interior case back is finished with circular graining and displays various hand-scratched watchmaker service marks. The case is stamped with the serial number 214514. Case width: 25 mm Case length: 32 mm. Offered in as-is condition for parts or restoration. The watch is currently not in working order. The winding crown and stem are missing. The crystal is severely damaged with multiple deep cracks and missing segments. The dial exhibits heavy patination, spotting, and surface wear. The silver case shows significant tarnishing, surface scratches, and one of the fixed wire lugs is slightly bent. The movement shows signs of oxidation and requires a full professional service.
