Omega Seamaster Bumper Automatic Wrist Watch Reference C 2577-12 SC - A vintage Omega Seamaster bumper automatic wrist watch. The stainless steel case features a screw-down case back with the Seamaster name engraved on the exterior. The interior of the case back is marked Acier Inoxydable and features the Omega Watch Co triangular logo, Fab. Suisse, Swiss Made, and the reference number C 2577 - 12 SC. The aged cream-colored dial exhibits heavy spotting and patina consistent with age. It features applied arrowhead hour markers with Arabic numerals at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions, dauphine hands, and a center sweep seconds hand. The dial is signed with a raised Omega symbol and Omega Automatic at 12 o'clock and a script Seamaster at 6 o'clock. The watch is fitted with an original crown bearing the Omega symbol. The movement is a caliber 354 bumper automatic, marked Seventeen 17 Jewels, Unadjusted, and Omega Watch Co Swiss. The movement serial number 14128447 dates the production to approximately 1954. This watch is in running condition. Case Size: 34.5mm. Fair vintage condition. The dial shows significant patina and spotting throughout. The acrylic crystal has visible surface scratches and crazing. The stainless steel case and case back show moderate surface wear and scratches consistent with regular use. The watch is currently without a bracelet or strap. While the movement is in running condition, timekeeping accuracy and power reserve have not been tested.
