The silver-tone metallic dial features a central engine-turned guilloche pattern with a stylized floral motif, bold Art Deco-style black Arabic numerals, and a railroad-track minute scale. A sub-seconds dial is positioned at the 6 o'clock mark. The watch is powered by a manual wind mechanical movement, serial number 26186867, which features decorative damaskeened geometric finishing on the plates and is marked ELGIN NATL WATCH CO. U.S.A. The movement includes a regulator scale marked F for Fast and S for Slow. The watch is housed in a steel and base metal case manufactured by the Keystone Watch Case Company, case serial number 451939. The interior of the case back bears the Keystone logo, STEEL, BASE METAL, and various hand-scribed jeweler's service marks, including W1345. The outer rim of the case is stamped BASE METAL. The case features a fluted crown and original bow. Case diameter: approximately 45mm excluding crown and bow. The watch is in good vintage condition with signs of wear consistent with age. The case shows moderate surface scratches and scuffing, particularly on the back. The dial exhibits light patina and minor age spots but remains clear and legible. The crystal shows light surface scratching. The movement appears complete and clean; however, the item is untested for timekeeping accuracy and is being sold as is.
