The collection consists of four distinct uncased movements, each featuring white porcelain enamel dials with black Arabic numerals and sunken sub-seconds tracks at the 6 o'clock position. Movement serial number 30483865, dating to approximately 1928, features nickel plates with scrollwork engraving and a micrometric regulator. Movement serial number 13779952, dating to approximately 1908 to 1909, is a 15-jewel grade with a safety pinion and an outer red five-minute interval track on the dial. Movement serial number 22929213, dating to approximately 1920, is a 15-jewel grade. Movement serial number 25248153, dating to approximately 1922, is a 17-jewel grade with decorated plates. Literal marks found on the movement plates include Elgin Natl Watch Co., U.S.A., 15 Jewels, 17 Jewels, and Safety Pinion. Dials are signed Elgin. Movement sizes: Mixed sizes including 12 size and 16 size. The movements are offered in as-found condition and are untested for mechanical functionality, timing, or accuracy. They are primarily intended for parts or restoration. Dials on movements 30483865 and 13779952 appear generally intact with no major visible damage. Movement 22929213 exhibits significant damage with multiple hairline cracks and chips across the porcelain dial surface. Movement 25248153 has a visible hairline crack near the 7 o'clock position. The movement plates and internal components show varying degrees of surface dust and minor age-related oxidation.
