Native American Zuni Leo P. Lukee Sterling Silver Sunface Cluster Ring - A handcrafted sterling silver cocktail ring by Zuni artist Leo P. Lukee. The ring features a central circular multi-stone inlay depicting a traditional Sunface motif, composed of mother of pearl, Mediterranean coral, turquoise, and a black stone, likely jet or onyx. This central motif is surrounded by a cluster of fifteen teardrop-shaped green turquoise cabochons. The stones are set in individual serrated sawtooth bezels with a scalloped outer edge. The setting is mounted on a split-shank band that tapers to a solid band. The reverse of the ring face is hand-engraved L P L and Zuni. The silver is unmarked, which is typical for Zuni jewelry of this period. Ring size: US 7.5 Ring face diameter: 1 inch.
