The cameo depicts a classical female profile facing right with an intricate hairstyle and a necklace, rendered in creamy-white relief against a salmon-colored background. The cameo is bezel-set within a rectangular octagonal frame. The mounting features elaborate openwork filigree on the shoulders and undergallery, typical of jewelry from the 1920s and 1930s.
