1836 Philadelphia Real Estate Indenture for Wood Street Property - A 19th-century handwritten legal indenture on parchment documenting a real estate transaction in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The deed records the sale of a lot of ground located on the North side of Wood Street, situated 84 feet westward from the west side of Thirteenth Street. The property was sold by Samuel C.
