August 8, 1863 New-York Weekly Times Newspaper Vol. XII No. 620 - This original complete issue of the New-York Weekly Times is dated Saturday, August 8, 1863. The publication is a large-format folio consisting of multiple pages of contemporary reporting from the American Civil War era. Significant historical content includes several articles regarding the aftermath of the New York Draft Riots, featuring an appeal for relief for colored sufferers and an analysis piece titled What Good the New-York Mob Has Done.
