Navajo Sterling Silver and Pink Mussel Shell Cocktail Ring, Signed H. - This is a vintage Navajo-style sterling silver cocktail ring featuring an oval cabochon of pink mussel shell. The shell is secured in a traditional sawtooth bezel and framed by hand-fabricated silverwork including stylized leaves, a small flower, wire scrolls, and spherical raindrops. The ring is constructed with a split-shank band. The reverse of the setting is hand-incised with the maker mark H. and stamped STERLING. Ring size: US 7.75 Weight: 0.131 ozt. The ring is in good vintage condition with a heavy natural patina to the silver. Minor surface wear and faint scratches are present on the metal and the shell cabochon consistent with age and use.
