Mexican Sterling Silver and Abalone Wolf Pin - A vintage Mexican sterling silver brooch crafted in the stylized form of a wolf or coyote in profile. The central body features a recessed area with an iridescent abalone shell inlay showcasing vibrant hues of green, purple, and pink. The silver work includes textured stampings to define the fur on the neck and tail. The reverse side is stamped with the fineness mark 925 and the origin mark MEX. A partially legible maker or tax registration mark beginning with the letters MA is also present. The piece is secured with a horizontal hinged pin and a rotating safety C-clasp.
