A Collection of US Coins Symbols of American Freedom The Liberty Collection - This set is titled Symbols of American Freedom and The Liberty Collection, presented in a blue hard plastic display case produced by UPM. The assembly features a group of circulated US coins including an Indian Head cent, a Liberty Head V nickel, a Standing Liberty silver quarter, a Franklin silver half dollar, and a Mercury dime. The half dollar is dated 1957, the quarter is dated 1925, the nickel is dated 1905, and the cent is dated 1906. The Franklin half dollar, Standing Liberty quarter, and Mercury dime are composed of 90 percent silver. The case is decorated with gold-tone scrollwork and a white line illustration of the Statue of Liberty. The reverse of the case is marked with the copyright notice 1993 UPM. Height: 5.5 inches Width: 4.25 inches. The coins are in circulated condition, ranging from good to fine. The pieces exhibit moderate to heavy wear and typical metallic toning. The silver coins show various degrees of gray patination and the copper cent shows a dark brown color. The plastic display case has light surface scuffing and scratches consistent with age.
