Mid-20th Century Navajo Style Silver and Turquoise Cross Dangle Earrings - A matched pair of Navajo style drop earrings. The design consists of a fluted, fan-shaped top element from which a large cross pendant is suspended. Each cross is embellished with stamped geometric diamond patterns and features scalloped edges. A round turquoise cabochon is centrally set within a serrated bezel on each cross. The stones are a bright blue color with minimal matrix. The earrings are crafted from unmarked silver with a deep, natural patina. They are designed for pierced ears with post and butterfly nut backings.
