Vintage Mid-20th Century Southwestern Style Turquoise and Silver Cuff Bracelet - This vintage cuff bracelet is designed in a traditional Southwestern Native American style, likely of Navajo or Zuni origin. The piece is constructed from silver-toned metal, characteristic of sterling or coin silver common in this region's jewelry. It features a central row of eight green-toned turquoise cabochons, each individually secured in a sawtooth bezel. The stones are accented by small silver bead clusters, often referred to as raindrops, and a central stylized silver floral or shell-like ornament. The side bands of the cuff are decorated with a hand-stamped geometric diamond-hatch pattern. Marks are present on the interior of the cuff band, but they are too worn and distorted to be clearly transcribed. The bracelet exhibits a heavy, dark patina consistent with age. Weight: 0.463 ozt Width: 0.5 inches. The bracelet is in vintage condition with significant oxidation and tarnish throughout the silver surfaces. The turquoise stones show minor surface wear but appear to be securely set. The metal bands show typical signs of use including light scratches and wear to the stamped decorative elements.
