Two Vintage New York Glass Seltzer Siphon Bottles including Fawn Beverages and Jensen Beverages - This lot consists of two vintage glass seltzer siphon bottles originating from New York State beverage distributors. The first bottle is constructed from transparent pressed glass with a slight yellow tint, identified as being from Fawn Beverages of Elmira, New York. It features a green Applied Color Label (ACL) depicting a fawn profile within a circular border, surrounded by the company name and location. The base is marked Contents 26 Fl. Oz. The metal collar is embossed with the text Fawn Beverages. The second bottle is a cobalt blue glass bottle from Jensen Beverages of Bethpage, Long Island, New York. It features an etched diagonal logo for Jensen Beverages and is marked Bethpage L.I. and Cont. 26 Oz. Reg. The metal collar is embossed with the name Jensen Bros. Both items include their original internal glass siphon tubes and metal dispensing heads. Height: 11.5 inches each. Both bottles are in used vintage condition. The Fawn Beverages bottle exhibits light surface wear and some internal cloudiness; the green ACL is mostly preserved with minor losses. The metal components show moderate oxidation and pitting. The Jensen Beverages bottle has significant external scuffing and scratching, particularly around the center of the body. Its metal siphon head shows heavy oxidation and pitting.
