A Pair of Wheeler Manufacturing Copper and Turquoise Style Stud Earrings - This matched pair of Southwestern style stud earrings is produced by Wheeler Manufacturing. Each earring features a single oval blue cabochon, measuring approximately 12mm x 7mm, set in a serrated sawtooth bezel. The copper frames are decorated with scrollwork at the top and bottom and three spherical beads on either side. The reverse of each earring is stamped with the word COPPER and the Wheeler Manufacturing hallmark consisting of a copyright symbol above a stylized, intertwined WM. The earrings are mounted on silver-toned metal posts and accompanied by two friction-fit nuts, one of which is a gold-toned replacement. Length: 0.75 inches Width: 0.5 inches. The pair is in good vintage condition with an authentic patina and areas of oxidation on the copper surfaces, especially on the reverse. One earring nut is a mismatched replacement.
