Three US 90% Silver Half Dollars, 1916, 1948, and 1964 - A trio of US 90% silver half dollars representing three different numismatic series. The collection includes a 1916 Walking Liberty half dollar, a 1948 Franklin half dollar, and a 1964 Kennedy half dollar. Each coin is struck in a composition of 90% silver and 10% copper. No mint marks are visible on the specimens, suggesting they are products of the Philadelphia Mint. The 1916 half dollar represents the first year of issue for the Walking Liberty design. The 1948 Franklin half dollar exhibits heavy golden-orange toning on the obverse and reverse. The 1964 Kennedy half dollar is the only year the series was issued in 90% silver for general circulation. Weight: 1.205 ozt. The 1916 Walking Liberty half dollar is in good condition with significant wear to the design elements. The 1948 Franklin half dollar is in very fine condition with light surface scratches and pronounced toning. The 1964 Kennedy half dollar is in about uncirculated condition with minimal wear and original luster. All coins show evidence of circulation.
