US 1923 Peace Silver Dollar - A US 1923 Peace silver dollar. This coin is composed of 90 percent silver and 10 percent copper. The obverse features the Peace dollar design and is dated 1923. The reverse features the Peace dollar design and does not carry a mint mark, indicating it was struck at the Philadelphia Mint. Weight: 0.856 troy ounces. Circulated. The obverse is heavily impaired by thick, blotchy orange-brown and dark gray surface residue and uneven environmental toning. The reverse shows moderate wear to the eagle plumage and several visible surface scratches and contact marks.
