Struck in 80% silver, the coin features the laureate portrait obverse of Queen Elizabeth II and the Bluenose schooner reverse. The obverse is inscribed ELIZABETH II DEI GRATIA REGINA, and the reverse is inscribed CANADA, 10 CENTS, and 1962. The off-center strike error is approximately 10-15% toward the 7 o'clock position on the reverse, resulting in a blank area on the planchet and the truncation of peripheral details. The item is contained in a vintage cardboard 2x2 holder with handwritten ink and pencil notations. Uncirculated. The specimen exhibits full original luster and displays attractive golden and orange toning near the peripheries. Surfaces are clean without notable marks or wear.
