US 1935 Lincoln Cent Wheat Ears Reverse Philadelphia Mint - This is a US one-cent coin dated 1935, struck at the Philadelphia Mint. The coin features the Lincoln cent obverse design and the Wheat Ears reverse design. It is composed of a bronze alloy. The obverse displays the right-facing portrait of Abraham Lincoln with the date 1935 in the right field; no mint mark is present, confirming its Philadelphia origin. The reverse features two wheat ears flanking the denominations and the motto E PLURIBUS UNUM. The coin is housed in a vintage cardboard 2x2 flip with handwritten notations. The coin appears to be in uncirculated condition, retaining a significant amount of original copper-red luster. There are several localized areas of dark toning and minor carbon spotting present on both the obverse and reverse surfaces. The coin has not been graded by a third-party service.
