1901-O US Morgan Silver Dollar - This US silver dollar was produced at the New Orleans Mint in 1901. It features the Morgan head obverse and the eagle reverse. A raised O mint mark is located on the reverse centered below the wreath and above the denomination. The coin is composed of 90 percent silver and 10 percent copper. Weight: 0.838 ozt. Circulated. The coin exhibits heavy wear on the high points of the design, specifically on Liberty's hair and the eagle's breast feathers. Both the obverse and reverse fields are heavily marred by numerous deep scratches and contact marks. Visible debris is present in the recessed areas of the design. The coin is not housed in a third-party grading holder.
