The car features a molded orange plastic body mounted on a black metal frame. It carries a removable load consisting of three railroad trucks. The side of the flatcar is heat-stamped in black with the text LIONEL LINES and the number 636255, along with technical markings LD LMT 128800, LT WT 40200, and CAPY 100000.
